Awards are given to the finalist and champion of each division. Angelo Imperati is the Tournament Director for the 2023 EXPO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Who can participate:<\/strong><br \/>\nUnranked and beginning-ranked players in grades K-12 (amateur and beginning players). Students can enter as individual players. No competition experience necessary. We want students that are excited about playing chess to sign up. Tournament is capped at 150 students. Registered players must arrive by 9:30 AM to check in.
